Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Prepare and share job postings on various platforms.
Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
