Job Summary

Provost Contrives is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR and Talent Acquisition team with recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and other HR activities. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and collect relevant information.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.
• Assist with job postings and other HR administrative activities.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Good coordination, follow\-up, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resource management.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
