Roles \& Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Support recruitment documentation and reporting activities.
Assist the HR team in end\-to\-end recruitment processes.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
