HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This internship provides hands\-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and talent management while developing professional HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

• *Recruitment \& Onboarding**

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.

• *HR Operations**

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and employee data management.

• *Employee Engagement**

• Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
• Assist in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback.

• *Training \& Development**

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain training records and track employee participation.

• *Compliance \& Administration**

• Ensure proper filing of HR documents.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance\-related activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time\-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
