About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities. This internship offers hands\-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to develop professional skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support documentation related to joining, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Help prepare HR reports and MIS.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support employee communication initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback and maintain records.
Administrative Support
- Maintain HR files and documents.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR\-related requirements.
- Assist in general office administration activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience with ATS or HRMS tools is an added advantage.
