- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Headhunt and engage with passive candidates for open roles
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements
- Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of hiring processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage
- Hands\-on experience in real\-time recruitment
- Exposure to multiple industries and roles
