AdsDial Pvt. Ltd. is a growing advertising and business solutions company expanding its team across sales, customer relationship management, content, editorial, and other business functions.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) who is eager to gain hands\-on experience in recruitment and HR operations while working closely with our HR Manager.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels

\- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements

\- Make the initial communication with candidates via phone, email, or WhatsApp

\- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process

\- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

\- Assist the HR Manager with day\-to\-day recruitment and HR\-related activities

\- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth coordination during the hiring process

• *Eligibility**

\- Students pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are encouraged to apply

\- Freshers are welcome

\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

\- Good organizational and coordination abilities

\- Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage

\- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
