• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. This internship provides hands\-on exposure to end\-to\-end recruitment in a corporate environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Source and screen candidate profiles through **Naukri** and **LinkedIn**.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Perform other HR and Talent Acquisition\-related tasks as assigned.

• *Requirements:**

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment portals such as **Naukri** and **LinkedIn**.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹10,001\.00 per month
