Vision One Solutions is looking for enthusiastic **HR Interns** to join our **Talent Acquisition Team**. If you are passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and candidate engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands\-on industry experience and build a career in Human Resources.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support day\-to\-day Talent Acquisition and HR activities.

• *Eligibility**

• Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR or related field).
• **Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.**
• Good communication skills in **English**; Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
