Job Overview

Orbiqe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and result\-oriented **HR IT Recruiter** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in IT recruitment and be capable of handling the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle salary discussions, offer roll\-out, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment reports and trackers to ensure timely closures.

Required Skills

• Minimum **1\+ year of experience** in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
• Hands\-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
