  • *Role Overview**

As our **HR Manager**, you’ll work directly with the **Founder**, leading all people\-related functions, from hiring top talent to nurturing team engagement and culture. You’ll play a vital role in managing a team of **100\+ employees**, ensuring that every member of Samvestor feels valued, heard, and motivated.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead **end\-to\-end recruitment** to attract and onboard the right talent.
  • Ensure seamless **onboarding and offboarding** experiences that reflect our culture.
  • Manage **payroll, remuneration, and employee benefits** with precision.
  • Address **employee grievances** empathetically and foster a positive workplace.
  • Oversee daily **HR operations**, attendance, compliance, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular **performance reviews** and drive employee development programs.
  • Update and implement **HR policies** to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain high team morale while managing a **growing workforce of 100\+**.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance productivity and engagement.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources** or a related field.
  • **3–5 years** of proven HR management experience in a fast\-paced company.
  • Strong expertise in **onboarding, offboarding, payroll, recruitment, appraisal and operations.**
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of **Indian employment laws** and compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
