HR Manager (2-6 year)

• **Willing and able to build the HR Department from scratch**
• **Strong\-headed; able to work in a limited\-resource, fast\-paced environment**
• **3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors**
• Startup / small\-company experience is an added advantage
• Self\-starter who can build scalable processes independently
• Skilled at building a positive workplace culture and putting systems in place

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹38,000\.00 per month
