Job Description
- *HR Solutions Consulting**
· Provides expert consulting services to Business Units and employees in one or more focus areas related to HR programs, processes, and initiatives; engages and collaborates with HR partners to influence the decision\-making related to managed programs, processes, and initiatives; analyzes the situations for a business, region, or geography and offers perspectives as a subject matter expert.
· Conducts, informs, and/or participates in cross\-functional data analysis related to processes managed, with data on organizational health diagnostics to identify and present trends/insights in a structured way; escalates risks and concerns related to organizational health.
· Provide and ensure labor statutory compliance in business units and on time statutory payments to EPFO, ESIC, TDS, PT \& gratuity scheme contribution
· Complete all manpower requirements without interrupting business operations.
- *Capability Building**
· Conducts one\-on\-one consulting/coaching with managers / employees on performance management and development\-related processes based on established training agenda and communication plans; conducts or designs training sessions/events for employees and managers.
· In partnership with peer Human Resource (HR) disciplines and professions (e.g., Talent Management, Learning and Development), manages/implements scalable capability building projects, programs, and/or other initiatives (e.g., manager excellence community, manager capability, onboarding, team\-building, rewards communication) by leveraging existing resources/solutions to mitigate duplicated efforts for a business, region, or geography.
· Uses data to participate in identifying and anticipating training needs within a business, region, or geography; recommends customized solutions (e.g., training, communication) to address capability gaps, and coordinates and/or arrange training in coordination with Academy Manager.
- *HR Project and Programs**
· Leads the design and implementation of local HR transformation projects or programs (e.g., critical positions retention, mid\-year performance checkpoint) based on the unique needs of a business, region, or geography.
· Take part in the training of existing staff to help in their development and to be abreast with current company processes, procedures, and policies.
· Ensure to provide Training, on job Training (OJT), Induction.
· Engage in the training of newly recruited staff so as to ensure that they are properly guided and are in the know of company rules and regulations
· Maintain up to date HR Dashboards and review the same with Director.
· Conduct monthly business unit managers to review the business function challenges and provide solutions in coordination with functional heads.
· Review and update HR policy document time to time and communicate same to employees
- *Employee Relations, Happiness \& Disciplinary Management**
· Identifies, raises, or escalates issues for trends in employee relations; works with their team to implement solutions to reduce employee relations issues for a business, region, or geography by collaborating with Business units’ management and stakeholders (i.e., managers and employees).
· Handle all disciplinary management issues and plan the corrective action.
· Ensure Full \& final Settlement has been cleared at the earliest
· Attend all the Exit Interview with in a week time after submission of resignation
- *HR Compliance Audit**
· Assure each branch are compiled Group HR Policies \& Procedures.
· Ensure all evaluations are on time and assuring legal compliance.
· Verify improvement of the quality of the process from inside HR Dept. as well as outside dept. who reply on it for their department’s success.
· Provide prompt response to HR Enquires from employees.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
