Job Description

  • *Job Summary:** The HR Manager is responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, performance appraisal, training, and compliance with labour laws and NABH standards.
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and NABH requirements.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and separation processes.
  • Support HR audits and accreditation\-related documentation.
  • *Qualification \& Experience**
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Healthcare HR practices and NABH compliance.
  • Recruitment and manpower planning.
  • Labour law and statutory compliance.
  • Payroll coordination and HRMS knowledge.
  • Communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills

Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
