HR Manager

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **HR Manager** to lead our human resource initiatives, with a strong focus on **Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Retention, Performance Management, and Organizational Development**.

The ideal candidate will be a people\-focused HR professional with the ability to build strong teams, attract and retain top talent, develop employee capabilities, and partner with business leaders to create a high\-performance workplace culture.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and hands\-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future organizational requirements.
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.

Employee Engagement \& Retention

• Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Monitor employee satisfaction levels and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture.
• Conduct employee feedback discussions, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
• Implement employee recognition and reward programs.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and performance\-driven work environment.

Performance Management \& Employee Development

• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.
• Act as a performance coach for managers and employees to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Identify employee development needs and coordinate training and learning initiatives.
• Support leadership development and succession planning activities.
• Encourage continuous learning and career growth opportunities.

HR Operations \& Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics related to recruitment, retention, and employee performance.
• Support organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
• Develop and improve HR processes to enhance employee experience.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management with strong expertise in recruitment and talent management.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Strong understanding of performance management systems and employee development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and department leaders.
• Strong problem\-solving ability with a people\-oriented approach.
