• *Position**: HR MANAGER BKBPL is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead HR operations at its Ethanol Manufacturing Plant.

• *Key Responsibilities**: ✅ End\-to\-end HR \& Personnel Management ✅ Industrial Relations \& Labour Management ✅ Labour Law \& Statutory Compliance ✅ Payroll, PF, ESI \& Contract Labour Management ✅ Manpower Planning \& Recruitment ✅ Plant Administration \& Employee Welfare

• *Eligibility Criteria**: \- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, or a related field. \- Relevant experience in a Distillery / Ethanol Plant / Manufacturing Plant / Factory / Industrial Setup is mandatory. \- Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, payroll, and statutory compliance. \- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. ⭐ Preferred: Candidates with experience in the distillery, ethanol, sugar, chemical, or process manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
