Job Overview

As the HR Manager at Ayadi Cloudversity, you will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and payroll compliance. You will partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and shape a high\-performance, collaborative organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition \& Hiring: Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for teaching, technical, administrative, and operational roles across the organization.

HR Operations \& Policy: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and organization standards.

Performance Management: Drive performance management cycles, regular appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Employee Engagement \& Culture: Foster a positive work culture, handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and organize engagement activities to maintain high morale and retention.

Onboarding \& Offboarding: Manage smooth onboarding for new hires and conduct exit interviews and offboarding procedures.

Payroll \& Compliance: Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll processing coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, labor regulations).

Learning \& Development: Identify training needs, organize professional development programs, and support internal career growth.

Requirements \& Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5\+ years of hands\-on HR experience (EdTech, Education, or IT sector experience is a strong plus).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA in HR preferred).

HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR functions (recruitment, compliance, performance, labor laws, payroll).

Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing HR operations and leading teams effectively.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Malayalam or local language is beneficial).

Tech\-Savvy: Proficiency with HRMS software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
