HR Manager

Location: Samaghogha, Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat

Experience: 6–8 Years in HR Generalist Profile – Manufacturing Industry

Salary Range: 7 To 9 LPA CTC

Qualification: Bachelor’s \+ MBA/PGDHRM/MSW/MLW

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of all HR activities.
• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, manpower planning, and workforce deployment as per business requirements.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations and a healthy workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, registers, returns, licences, and documentation.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with the new Labour Codes and all applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage labour contractors, statutory registers, returns, licences \& compliance documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of attendance, payroll inputs, employee data, deductions, and related records.
• Handle internal, external, statutory, customer, and compliance\-related HR audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Manage general administration activities, including canteen, guest house, housekeeping, security, transportation, office administration, and other employee welfare facilities.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/ERP, payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, HR MIS, and general administration.
• Take ownership of HR and administration deliverables and ensure timely execution, effective team coordination, cost control, statutory compliance, and achievement of departmental targets.
