HR Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure compliance and implementation of company policies.

• *Duties**

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Communicate with employees on various HR\-related matters
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including OSHA
• Lead recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization
• Design and deliver training programs for employees' professional development
• Oversee performance management processes
• Utilize HR software such as Dayforce for HRIS functions
• Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on program management

• *Experience**

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager in road construction
• In\-depth knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Experience in recruiting, training development, and performance management

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
