HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end\-to\-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills and preferably have experience working in an IT company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
• Handle recruitment and talent acquisition for technical and non\-technical positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage performance appraisal, employee development, and retention activities.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Work closely with management and department heads on workforce planning and HR strategy.
• Maintain employee records, HR reports, and HR\-related MIS.
• Support organizational development and build a positive work culture.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum **10 years of experience** in HR, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently and work closely with senior management.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in an IT services, software development, or technology company.
• Experience managing HR functions independently and leading an HR team.
• Strong problem\-solving, decision\-making, and people management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
