Job Summary
Chanakya Business School is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete employee lifecycle while fostering a positive and productive work culture. HR Managers typically oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Support performance appraisal and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee documentation.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
