Position: HR Manager

Job Responsibilities

Recruit and hire blue\-collar staff as per business requirements.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance.

Conduct regular site visits to address employee grievances and resolve issues.

Coordinate with site supervisors for workforce management.

Handle employee onboarding and day\-to\-day HR activities.

Requirements

Experience in blue\-collar recruitment and HR operations.

Good communication and employee grievance\-handling skills.

Must have a two\-wheeler and a valid driving license for site visits.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
