Position : HR Manager
Location : Devendra Nagar, Raipur
Salary : Upto 23,000 CTC
Education : MBA or any Relevant Management Certification
The **HR Manager** will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals. The role involves managing end\-to\-end employee lifecycle processes—from hiring and onboarding to performance evaluation and exit management— ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
- *Requisite Skills:**
- Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HRMS / HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision making capabilities.
- *Desired Skills:**
- Experience in employee engagement and organizational development.
- Exposure to HR analytics and data driven decision\-making.
- Knowledge of performance appraisal systems and competency frameworks.
- Updated knowledge of labour and employment laws.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹23,000\.00 per month
