HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end\-to\-end HR operations, employee management, recruitment, and HR administration. Candidates with prior experience in the education or school sector will be preferred.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and employee development activities.
• Support management in workforce planning and HR\-related decision\-making.
• Ensure smooth day\-to\-day HR operations and adherence to organizational policies.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations and people management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Experience working in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
