The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall Human Resources functions of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training \& development, and HR operations. The role also involves leading and mentoring the HR team to ensure smooth and effective HR service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations \& Administration
- Manage end\-to\-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and confidential documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Lead manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, and hiring processes.
- Build talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Team Management
- Lead, guide, and supervise the HR team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular team reviews and training sessions.
- Foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support department heads in handling workforce\-related concerns.
- Ensure positive workplace culture and communication.
Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisal and performance review processes.
- Monitor employee productivity and development plans.
- Support management with KPI tracking and performance improvement initiatives.
Statutory Compliance \& Payroll Coordination
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops \& Establishment Act, etc.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and final settlements.
- Liaise with auditors and government authorities when required.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
