Emarath Global Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing e\-commerce platform specializing in perfumes, cosmetics, personal care, and lifestyle products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and result\-oriented HR Recruiter to strengthen our talent acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for both **IT and Non\-IT** positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interview rounds.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **0–2 years of experience** in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of IT and Non\-IT recruitment processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates currently residing in **Kozhikode (Calicut)** or **Malappuram**.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
