We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, policy implementation, training coordination, and overall workforce development.
- *Key Responsibilities: Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for academic, administrative, and support staff.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- *Performance Management**
- Implement and monitor employee performance appraisal systems.
- Support department heads in setting performance goals and KPIs.
- Identify training and development needs.
- *Training \& Development**
- Coordinate staff training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor employee skill enhancement and career progression.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to organisational standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Strong organisational and problem\-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced educational environment.
- Experience in training institutes or educational organisations is an added advantage.
