HR Manager

Hotel Rio Benaras is a premium boutique hotel in Varanasi dedicated to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Our property features 34 well\-appointed guest rooms, a rooftop pool, Cafe 55, a modern health club, and premium conference facilities. We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage our most valuable asset—our team—and help maintain our high standards of hospitality.

​**Key Responsibilities**

​Talent Acquisition: Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for all hotel departments, including Front Office, F\&B, Housekeeping, and Health Club staff.

​Onboarding \& Training: Facilitate comprehensive orientation for new hires and coordinate ongoing hospitality training to ensure flawless guest service.

​Payroll \& Attendance: Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift roster management, and accurate monthly payroll processing.

​Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for staff grievances, conflict resolution, and employee welfare initiatives.

​Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local labor laws, manage employee files, and oversee statutory compliance.

​Performance Management: Implement review cycles and collaborate with department heads to manage staff performance, motivation, and retention.

​**Qualifications \& Requirements** ​2\+ years of proven HR experience, strictly within the hotel or hospitality industry.

​Strong understanding of local recruitment channels and labor dynamics in the Varanasi market.

​Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

​Ability to work independently, manage high\-pressure situations, and resolve conflicts professionally.

​MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
