Job Description

Zenith First Human Resources Consultancy is looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates to join our team for the following positions:

1\. HR Manager

• **Experience:** 5–8 years
• **Qualification:** MBA in Human Resources (HR)
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee management, and recruitment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

2\. HR Coordinator / HR Admin

• **Experience:** Minimum 3 years
• **Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to coordinate HR activities, maintain employee records, and manage administrative tasks.
• Good communication, organizational, and time\-management skills.

3\. Sales Assistant

• **Experience:** Minimum 3 years
• **Qualification:** Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support sales operations, coordinate with clients, and assist with daily sales activities.

Salary \& Incentives

• **Basic Salary:** INR 15,000–20,000 per month
• **Incentives:** INR 10,000–25,000, depending on performance and applicable company terms.

Important Requirements

• Candidates must be punctual, disciplined, and professionally committed.
• Selected candidates must report to the UAE office.
• High\-performing employees may be considered for promotion and transfer opportunities to the UAE office, subject to company requirements and eligibility.
