HR Manager - IT ED TECH

• *Coordination with Colleges, Corporate Partners \& Internal Teams**

• *Required Experience:**

• *Experience as HR Manager / Senior HR Executive**

• *Mandatory experience in both IT Industry and Education/EdTech Sector**

• *Strong exposure to Placements, College Coordination \& Seminars**

• *Knowledge of Attendance Management \& Employee Relations**

• *Excellent Communication, Coordination \& Leadership Skills**

• *Ability to independently manage teams and HR functions**

• *Preferred Qualification:**

• *MBA / Master's Degree in HR or Related Field**

• *Candidates from Training Institutes, Colleges, or EdTech Organizations will be preferred.**

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
