Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within our IT organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policy implementation, compliance, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and experience supporting technology\-driven teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts effectively.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, team\-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement actions.
Performance Management
- Administer performance appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
- Partner with managers to set goals, monitor performance, and support employee development.
- Ensure fair and consistent performance evaluation practices across the organization.
Learning \& Development
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs.
- Coordinate technical and soft\-skills training initiatives.
- Support leadership development and succession planning efforts.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth.
Compensation \& Benefits
- Manage salary structures, compensation reviews, and incentive programs.
- Administer employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
HR Operations \& Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
Culture \& Organizational Development
- Promote company values and organizational culture.
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to improve employee retention and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager role.
- Experience working in an IT, software development, or technology company.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and recruitment tools.
