HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training \& development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will help build a productive workforce while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
• Identify training needs and organize learning initiatives.
• Maintain employee documentation, and confidential records.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower planning.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Manage HR budgets, vendor coordination, and HR administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA (HR), MSW (HR), or PG Diploma in HR is preferred.

Experience

• **7–10 years** of experience in Human Resources.
• Prior experience in corporate office operations is preferred.
