Navrattan Enterprises is a leading Jewelry Manufacturer and Exporter organization based in Jaipur. We are a 100% Export House and Manufacturing company, established in 1997\. We specialize in young, chic, and on\-trend semi\-precious stone\-studded jewelry, including silver and gold\-plated brass jewelry.

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and result\-oriented HR professional who can independently manage and oversee the complete HR function of our jewelry manufacturing and export organization.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the **jewelry or manufacturing industry**. However, candidates with strong HR experience who are **quick learners, smart, practical, and capable of handling complete HR responsibilities independently** are also encouraged to apply.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of HR operations, understand business requirements, handle employees effectively, and work closely with management and department heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR operations for factory and corporate employees.
• Handle day\-to\-day HR activities including attendance, leave, employee records, documentation, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Manage recruitment for blue\-collar, skilled, supervisory, and corporate positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring as per business and production needs.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, workplace issues, and employee relations.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.
• Coordinate with department heads and management for employee\-related matters.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, HR communication, and engagement activities.
• Manage performance\-related discussions and support appraisal processes.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and required statutory documentation.
• Take ownership of HR\-related issues and provide practical solutions.
• Support management in building effective HR systems and processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in **Jewelry, Manufacturing, Export House, or Factory HR** will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong HR experience and the ability to independently handle complete HR operations may also apply.
• Smart, practical, and quick learner with strong problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to take ownership and manage HR responsibilities independently.
• Strong employee handling and conflict\-resolution skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR reporting.
