HR Manager

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage HR operations, recruitment, staffing activities, and employee management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, team management, and client coordination skills.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**
• Manage end\-to\-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and staffing operations for internal and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Lead and monitor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and placement goals.
• Track open positions, candidate submissions, interviews, selections, offer releases, and joining status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and recruitment partners.
• Manage contract staffing, employee deployment, assignment extensions, and workforce documentation, where applicable.
• Oversee payroll coordination, salary revisions, employee records, and full\-and\-final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, Client, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance appraisals, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports, recruitment reports, and staffing performance dashboards.
• Monitor recruiter productivity, hiring turnaround time, placement ratios, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with management, finance, and business development teams to support staffing operations and business growth.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management, Recruitment, or Staffing.
• Strong knowledge of end\-to\-end recruitment, staffing operations, and employee management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and client coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel between multiple work sites as required by business operations.
