We are looking for a proactive and people\-oriented HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment, employee management, and organizational skills, with the ability to build a positive and productive work environment.
- *Job Summary**
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, compliance, and performance coordination. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support the company's workforce and business growth.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Address employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate employee training, orientation, and performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and share regular HR reports and updates with the management.
- Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across departments.
- Organize employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing needs and employee performance.
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
