HR Manager

K R Bakes is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end\-to\-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
• Manage employee training, development, and orientation programs.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain HR data, and support management in workforce planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing, bakery, food production, or FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations, and labour law compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
