HR Roles and Responsibilities
1\. Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage end\-to\-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce requirements.
- Ensure timely onboarding and integration of new employees.
2\. Talent Management \& Workforce Planning
- Support manpower planning in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor employee performance and facilitate performance management processes.
- Identify high\-potential employees and support succession planning initiatives.
- Coordinate retention strategies to reduce attrition and strengthen workforce stability.
3\. Employee Engagement, Welfare \& Employee Relations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, resignations, retirements, and exit formalities.
4\. HR Compliance, Payroll \& Operational Administration
- Coordinate compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate statutory registers, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Oversee timely submission of statutory returns and compliance reports.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and employee benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely internal reports including efficiency
5\. Learning, Training, Development \& Coaching
- Identify training needs through performance assessments and business requirements.
- Organize and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Conduct induction, refresher, and skill enhancement training sessions.
- Support employee coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement measures.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
