HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple construction sites. This role requires strong expertise in statutory compliance, industrial relations, and people management in a field\-based environment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Statutory Compliance \& Industrial Relations**

• Ensure end\-to\-end compliance with Indian Labour Laws including Contract Labour Act, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutes across all project sites. Handle audits, inspections, filings, and liaison with authorities.

• *Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning**

• Lead recruitment strategies for engineers, site staff, and large\-scale blue\-collar hiring. Coordinate manpower planning with project and operations teams.

• *Industrial Relations \& Grievance Management**

• Act as the primary HR contact for labour relations. Handle disputes, negotiations, disciplinary actions, and grievance redressal to maintain a stable work environment.

• *HR Operations \& Payroll Oversight**

• Oversee HR administration, attendance validation from sites, payroll coordination, and complete employee lifecycle management.

• *HR Strategy \& Site Engagement**

• Bridge HR policies with on\-ground realities. Regularly visit sites to strengthen engagement, compliance, and performance.

• *Qualifications**

• MBA, MHRM in HR preferred
• More than 8 years of core HR experience, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing
• Strong practical knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam and Hindi

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
