We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to build and strengthen our people function across dealership operations, service, body shop, spare parts, sales, and administration. You will own the employee lifecycle end\-to\-end—manpower planning → recruitment → onboarding → performance management → employee engagement → compliance → retention ensuring the dealership attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
What you'll do Lead end\-to\-end recruitment for dealership roles including Service Advisors, Technicians, Sales Consultants, Body Shop Staff, Spare Parts Executives, Drivers, and Administrative Staff.
Partner with department heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
Manage onboarding, induction, and probation review processes for new employees.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, statutory requirements, and audits. Drive employee engagement, welfare programs, and grievance resolution. Implement performance appraisal systems and support employee development plans. Maintain HR MIS, employee records, recruitment trackers, and organizational reports. Coordinate training programs to improve technical and customer\-service competencies. Support disciplinary procedures and foster a positive workplace culture.
What you'll bring 1–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the automotive dealership industry. Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, and HR operations. Experience hiring for both blue\-collar and white\-collar roles. Hands\-on experience with HRMS, ATS, Excel, and HR reporting tools. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast\-paced dealership environment.
