Linklet HR Consultancy is hiring an experienced and driven HR Executive for one of our esteemed clients operating in the Overseas Education and Renewable Energy sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end\-to\-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Job Overview
We are looking for an HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can effectively support business growth through strategic recruitment, employee management, and HR process implementation. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- *Talent Acquisition:** Manage end\-to\-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments.
- *Employee Lifecycle Management:** Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- *HR Operations:** Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- *Employee Engagement:** Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention programs.
- *Performance Management:** Assist in performance review processes, employee feedback collection, and development initiatives.
- *Policy Implementation:** Ensure adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- *Reporting:** Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and workforce analytics for management review.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- *Experience:** Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in Overseas Education, Renewable Energy, IT, or Service industries.
- *Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- *Core Skills:** Recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and performance management.
- *Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- *Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS platforms, and recruitment portals.
- *Joining Availability:** Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
