HR Manager Job Opening

*Position:** HR Manager

Location: Erode

Experience Required: 4–6 Years

Retail Industry Experience Preferred

Salary: As per Market Standards / Based on Experience \& Performance

Job Responsibilities

Handling complete HR operations and administration
Recruitment and employee onboarding
Attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management
Employee engagement and disciplinary handling
Maintaining statutory compliance including ESI \& PF
Performance monitoring and staff coordination
Training and development activities

Managing employee records and HR documentation

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience
Retail industry experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of labour laws and HR processes
Ability to manage teams and workplace discipline
Basic computer and reporting knowledge required
