• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **HR Manager** to lead and manage all human resource functions. The role is responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and high\-performance work culture aligned with organizational goals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee end\-to\-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage performance management, appraisal, and employee development programs
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
• Lead training and leadership development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture\-building initiatives
• Maintain HR metrics, reports, and workforce analytics
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people and organizational matters

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven experience in talent management and employee relations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
