Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The role requires ensuring a productive work environment while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment \& Talent Acquisition
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Foster a positive and professional work culture.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
Attendance, Leave \& Payroll
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Verify attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate salary processing with the finance department.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage ESI, EPF, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain registers and records as required by law.
- Coordinate labor inspections and audits.
Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Support managers in performance reviews and improvement plans.
Training \& Development
- Identify training needs and organize training programs.
- Facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and evaluations.
Policy Implementation
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies.
- Communicate policy changes and updates.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee personnel files and HRMIS.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Manage full and final settlements and exit formalities.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, ESI, EPF, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or manpower management industry.
- Experience handling doctors, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and staffing requirements.
