HR Manager (No Freshers)

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring process.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, references, and consultants.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Maintain employee records using **Zoho People** or similar **Zoho Payroll**.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external agencies for hiring requirements.
• Support HR operations, employee communication, and compliance activities.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
