HR Manager

We are looking for **HR Manager** at **Bhiwandi**

Candidate should be having exposure atleast 12 years In HR Role

• *Education:**

 BA/ BS degree from an accredited college/university; MBA in human resources or related field preferred.

 Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience and at least five years of Global HR experience.

 Good knowledge of the Business.

• *Skill / Experience:**

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

 Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

 Thorough knowledge of employment\-related laws and regulations.

 Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.

 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary will be up to 10 Lac per annum
