HR Manager

• *Experience:** 8–12 Years in automotive / manufacturing industry
• *Qualification:** MBA/MSW/PGDM (HR)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage employee engagement, training, and performance management.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Factory Act, etc.).
• Maintain healthy industrial relations and grievance handling.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll inputs, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Drive employee welfare, safety culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present monthly HR MIS and dashboards.

• *Key Requirements**

• 8–12 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Hands\-on experience in recruitment, IR, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS.
