• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Recruitment \& Onboarding**

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

• *Payroll \& Attendance Management**

• Oversee attendance, leave records, and time office activities.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• *Employee Relations \& Engagement**

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Maintain a healthy and productive work culture.

• *Exit Management**

• Conduct exit interviews and complete clearance formalities.
• Coordinate full and final settlements.
• Maintain proper exit records and documentation.

• *HR Compliance**

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Maintain adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate audits and maintain compliance\-related records.

• *Administration \& Facility Management**

• Manage day\-to\-day office administration and facility operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.

• *Expense \& Documentation Management**

• Process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
• Maintain accurate employee databases and confidential records.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR and Administration.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR practices.
• Experience in payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
