Working Days\- 6 days

• *Responsibilities:**

• Work with Directors and BU Heads on overall people management in growth environment.
• Attract and hire professionals /system driven Recruitment as per business need.
• Orientation / Induction programme for new entrants.
• Employee records, Welfare activities \& its administration.
• Employee Communication and Annual calendar for Engagement activities – Employee Motivation.
• Employee Grievance Handling.
• Initiate and implement HR policies, systems and processes to support business growth.
• Devise and/or implement a Performance Management System.
• Time and attendance, Payroll, Annual Salary Review and Variable pay \- Compensation \& Benefits Systems.
• Rewards \& Recognition Policy \& its Execution.
• Identify and implement training \& development in line with business and individual needs.
• Government Liaisoning and Legal Compliance.
• Facility Management and Administration.

• *QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

• MBA HR or Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent with 3\+ years of experience in HR, Admin

• *PREFERRED SKILLS**

• Strong Communication, Inter\-personal Relationships, People Skills, Multi\-Lingual (English, Hindi, Marathi...)
