Position: HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team at our Ghaziabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR function and supporting the company's growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
• Support management in organizational planning and HR strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is preferred.
