HR Manager – Operations \& Compliance
ESEPL Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently handle HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and manpower management.
Key Responsibilities
\* End\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding.
\* Attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
\* Payroll processing and salary sheet preparation.
\* EPF \& ESIC registration, filing, UAN generation, and statutory compliance.
\* Labour law compliance and employee records management.
\* Experience in Odoo HR/Payroll and advanced MS Excel.
\* Employee grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
\* Coordination with Accounts, Operations, and Project teams.
\* Client coordination and manpower deployment.
\* Preparation of MIS reports and monthly compliance reports.
Requirements
\* 3–5\+ years of HR Operations experience.
\* Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Payroll, Labour Laws, and Excel.
\* Experience in the Manpower/Facility Management industry preferred.
\* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
